Privacy policy

This document describes how Soul Star processes personal data of visitors and buyers.

Who processes the data

The controller is the Soul Star service. Questions go through support in the account.

What is stored

Email, name, date of birth, star calculation, purchases, interface language, technical cookies (guest, visitor, session, UTM) and the payment journal. Passwords are stored only as hashes.

Why

To build the star, open paid readings, take payment, answer support questions and see where a person came from. Paid texts are not sent without a confirmed payment.

Retention

Account data for as long as the account exists. After deletion, name, email, dates and calculations are erased. Payment records stay for accounting. Database backups are kept for a limited time and then removed.

Rights

You can download a copy and delete data in the account: “Download my data” and “Delete personal data”. Name and star date can be edited there too.

Cookies

The service sets cookies for sign-in, guest calculation, visitor id and UTM. They keep a star before registration and record the visit source. The Meta Pixel loads only if an id is configured.
